The SBS is a free membership organisation dedicated to supporting fellow Swiss in the UK who are facing challenges.Whether you’re young or old, just arrived, or a long-standing resident, we offer a helping hand and a supportive network.

We believe in empowerment. We don’t just provide assistance; we help people build confidence, manage their well-being, and achieve independence. Our services include:
- Information and guidance: Navigating life in the UK can be tricky. We connect you with the resources you need.
- Social support: Feeling isolated? Our volunteers offer companionship and a sense of belonging.
- Financial aid: Facing financial hardship? We can provide emergency assistance or regular pensions (subject to eligibility).

Who can join the SBS?
The SBS welcomes:
- Swiss nationals and their spouses residing in the UK.
- Individuals with strong connections to Switzerland. This could include those with Swiss heritage, those who have lived or worked in Switzerland for a significant period, or those who have close family ties to Switzerland.
We believe that a strong connection to Switzerland fosters a desire to support our community. If you feel a kinship with Switzerland and want to make a positive impact, we welcome you with open arms.
